Vienna bartender Christian Ebert uses tea-infused gin for his Negroni variation.

Ingredients
30 ml Campari
30 ml Ransom Dry Vermouth
30 ml Tea infused gin
  • Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Strain into a tumbler and garnish with orange zest.
