Conte Negroni
Vienna bartender Christian Ebert uses tea-infused gin for his Negroni variation.

| 30 | ml | Campari |
| 30 | ml | Ransom Dry Vermouth |
| 30 | ml | Tea infused gin |
- Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until the ingredients are incorporated.
- Strain into a tumbler and garnish with orange zest.
