| Mediterranean tonic | ||
| 10 | fresh lemon juice | |
| 15 | elderflower liqueur | |
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients except for the tonic in a Collins glass filled with ice.
Pour Mediterranean tonic on top, garnish with cucumber slices and lemon zest and serve.
