| 50 | ml | Hendrick's Orbium |
| 20 | ml | St. Germain (elderflower liqueur) |
| 20 | ml | homemade syrup (lavender, wormwood, butterfly pea flower/blue tea) |
| 2 | pinch(es) | Jerry Thomas bitters |
| Thomas Henry Tonic Water | ||
- Stir all ingredients apart from the tonic water in a mixing glass until cold.
- Pour into a chilled glass, top with tonic and garnish with lemon zest.
