Try our winter variation of the classic Rebujito cocktail, above.

Winter Rebujito

Rebujito is the summery drink downed at ferias all over Spain. Normally made with very dry fino or manzanilla, here a nutty amontillado gives the drink more seasonal grunt.

Ingredients (1 servings)
75 ml amontillado sherry
100 ml lemonade
50 ml soda water
2 pinch(es) orange bitters
  • Put a few ice cubes in a glass, add the ingredients above, stir and enjoy.
  • Serving note: You can make this drink individually, or mix it up in a jug as soon as your guests arrive and serve in wine glasses with a slice of orange to garnish and roast almonds alongside.
