Breakfast Cookie with Dates, Cinnamon & Banana

Easy to prepare and delicious, these cookies make a great morning treat.

Ingredients
1 Banana
6 piece(s) Dates
1 cup Oat flakes
some Cinnamon
Other spices can be used as desired
Dark chocolate pieces to taste
  • Finely chop the dates and mix or knead them thoroughly with the other ingredients.
  • Shape the dough into small balls, about the size of a teaspoon, and gently flatten them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 160°C for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Allow cookies to cool before enjoying.
