Coffee with a vacation vibe: coconut syrup, an optional splash of cognac, and a light, airy topping turn this drink into a creamy treat—finished with a hint of Raffaello.

Ingredients
Double espresso (e.g. Julius Meinl Espresso Crema capsule)
20 ml Cognac (optional)
30 ml Coconut syrup
20-30 ml Liquid whipped cream
Ice cubes
1-2 Raffaello ball for garnish
  • Prepare the espresso and allow it to cool completely.
  • In a glass, stir together the espresso, coconut syrup, and cognac (optional).
  • Add ice cubes to chill.
  • Lightly whip the cream. Then gently spoon it on top to form a soft layer.
  • Garnish with half a Raffaello ball and serve immediately.
