DIY salted almonds

Have you ever been annoyed by rancid-tasting nuts from the snack corner of the supermarket? At some point, the time has come - and it's better to make them yourself. Especially when it's so easy!

Ingredients
500 g Unpeeled almonds
1.5 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
1.5 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • Disslove the salt in 2 tablespoons of boiling water
  • Mix the almonds with the dissolved salt
  • Roast on a baking tray at 190 °C for 13 to 15 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  • Remove, toss briefly with the olive oil and leave to cool on the tray.

Tip:

Can last for over a month in a sealed container – and even longer, if you dare!
