Overnight oats with raspberries and chia seeds

Overnight oats– oat flakes soaked overnight – are popular for a reason. They are easy to prepare and save valuable time in the morning.

Ingredients
120 g Oat flakes
200 ml Milk
1-2 tablespoon(s) Chia seeds
200 g Yogurt
200 g Raspberries
1-2 tablespoon(s) Honey
some Vanilla flavoring (to taste)
  • For best results, mix the oats with the milk, chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl the evening before. Cover the mixture and leave to soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • The next day, puree the fruit and mix half of it with yogurt and the second tablespoon of honey. Pour everything into an empty jar, alternating layers: Firs,t a layer of the overnight oatmeal mixture, then the pureed fruit, followed by the yogurt and finally another layer of oatmeal.
  • Serve with fresh fruit or another topping – or place the lid on the jar and take it to go.
