Located in the picturesque medieval village of Montemerano, "Caino" is a true temple of Italian gastronomy. Under the direction of chef Valeria Piccini, it offers cuisine that combines the tradition of the Maremma with a modern twist, blending authentic flavours with creative elements. The wine cellar is also remarkable: an underground treasure chest located directly beneath the village's main square and housing over 24,000 bottles.
