The Peoples Bistro concept is led by chef Patrik Stupňan, who believes in local ingredients from Slovak farmers, seasonality and a taste that will win guests over from the first sip. Together with Jana Husar, they create a place where honest gastronomy is combined with a personal approach and a pleasant atmosphere. The basis of the menu is a daily offer of two main courses and soups, which change daily. There is also a fixed menu, based on proven classics, whether from world cuisine or our traditional dishes prepared in a modern way. The interior is not flashy, but pleasantly cozy and thanks to the personal approach of the owners, you always feel welcome here.
