The historic Appony family castle now houses a restaurant, which, under the supervision of chef Stanislav Domček, brings a perfect interplay of tradition with an emphasis on contemporary trends and a symphony of flavors that you can conjure up from home cooking. When entering the restaurant, you will not miss the beautiful Prussian ridge vaults that are in all three rooms of the restaurant, which can accommodate around eighty guests. The works of art hanging on the walls seem to foreshadow that the gems will continue on the plate. The leather-bound à la carte menu is the beginning of a gastronomic festival, which is always compiled seasonally and changes four times a year. The wine list was compiled by sommelier Samuel Barantál exclusively from wines from the surrounding region.
