FACH is an interesting project because this palace in the city center houses three establishments. A juice shop offering cold-pressed juices full of fruits, vegetables and herbs, a creative bakery baking traditional sourdough breads and pastries daily, and the bistro itself. The FACH bistro will enchant you with its covered courtyard and a small grove of trees, among which you can sit and choose from a daily changing lunch menu or for dinner you can have a sharing menu mixed according to your tastes. The dishes are marked with one to four dots, and there are more dishes to choose from in each of these categories. So your menu can be three-course or twelve-course. It's up to you. The service is very pleasant and the whole atmosphere is truly "FACH".
