The gastronomic offer is a tribute to the original, with meat being the main ingredient alongside other local products. Beef, ox, pork, lamb and poultry are prepared on the Josper grill, the Basque parrilla or in the traditional Castilian oven. First-class Joselito ham, exquisite sausages, delicious grilled pinchos and some vegetarian options round off the menu. The wine list includes more than 350 wines, including some exceptional Spanish reds.
