Before dinner, afterwards, or "all night long" - Jonathan "Jonny" Frimpong-Ansah has designed the new bar menu for it all. South American inspiration (in the "Zapatista" or "Chapo" style) and the non-alcoholic coffee drink "PandaPanda", which gets its name from the pandan leaf cordial, are a delight.
