Der Tessiner Gin Bisbino, welcher bio-zerfitifiert ist, wird mit "geheimen" Botanicals aromatisiert. Diese stammen aus dem Tessiner Valle di Muggio. Der Monte Bisbino ist der Berg, von dem dieser Gin seinen Namen hat. Sein Charakter, seine Struktur und seine Geschichte sind von diesem Berg inspiriert. In den Pfaden und Wäldern auf welchen von Martino Mombelli das Geheimrezept entwickelt wurde, trafen sich Damiano Merzari, Giona Meyer, Carolina Valsangiacomo und Rupen Nacaroglu, um sich zusammen mit einem Traum auseinanderzusetzen und diesen zu konzipieren: Es ging um die Herstellung des ersten Gins aus dem Tessin. Viele Kräuter, Blütenstände und Beeren sind im Rezept für den Gin Bisbino enthalten. Sie werden in den herrlichen historischen Gärten von Sagno aus Überzeugung und mit Sorgfalt biologisch angebaut. Dort gibt es eine wundervolle Terrasse, von welcher man auf das Mendrisiotto sowie auf die Lombardei blicken kann, welche ganz nah ist. In den Gärten von Sagno erhalten die erwähnten Zutaten viel Sonne.

A vibrant, fresh nose with a nice balance of juniper, fresh herbal notes such as verbena and lemon balm and citrus characters. The palate is sweet and round, with a savoury edge and fresh citrus and floral notes on the long finish.
