Der erste Tessiner Gin, aromatisiert mit Ingwer und geheimen Kräutern. Mit Ingwer und geheimen Kräutern aus dem warmen Valle di Muggio, das im Tessin liegt, wird dieser bio-zertifizierte Schweizer Gin aromatisiert. Der Gin Bisbino hat eine enge Verbindung zu dem Berg Monte Bisbino, nach welchem er benannt wird. Von ihm sind seine Struktur, sein Charakter und seine Geschichte inspiriert. Die Pfade und Wälder, auf welchen Marino Mombelli das geheime Rezept entwickelte, sind ebenso die Orte, an welchen sich Damiano Merzari, Rupen Nacaroglu und Giona Meyer trafen, damit sie sich über einen gemeinsamen Traum austauschen und diesen entwickeln, nämlich den ersten Gin aus dem Tessin herzustellen. Von vielen Blütenständen, Beeren und Kräutern, welche die Inhaltsstoffe vom Gin Bisbino darstellen, erfolgt in den hübschen historischen Gärten von Sagno der biologische Anbau mit Hingabe und Sorgfalt. Fresh and cool, citrus-herbal nose with notes of tangerine, lemon balm and ginger. Pleasantly soft on the palate but dry with spicy notes. Juniper as well as a certain ginger sharpness on the finish.
