Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Fresh and cool, citrus-herbal nose with notes of tangerine, lemon balm and ginger. Pleasantly soft on the palate but dry with spicy notes. Juniper as well as a certain ginger sharpness on the finish.
