Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Sweet citrus notes dominate the nose, with lime cordial and lemon balm coming through. On the palate, horseradish-like spiciness immediately sets in, along with lime cordial and cinnamon on the finish.
