Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is rather quiet with subtle fruity notes, some pear juice and gentle savouriness. The palate is similar. Pear puree and again well-behaved savouriness form the flavour components until the medium finish.
