Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Malty and cereal-scented aromas, with notes of light fruit, vanilla, oak and flowers, hints of herbs. Noticeably sweet on the palate, followed by cereal-scented notes, malt, fruit and savouriness, nuances of lemon zest provide freshness. The harmonious finish is warming, savoury and malty.
