Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Fragrant nose: notes of nutmeg, rose petals, lychee, plus hints of herbal extract, some sage and a beautifully integrated woody spice. Surprisingly light on the palate and aromatically more restrained, again spicy and herbal as well as ripe fruit. Lingers for a long time.
