Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

The aroma is intense and powerful, with a fine raspberry note alongside cereals. Wonderful mouthfeel, as it also has clear accents despite its softness. Once again a hint of red berries, but above all a lactic, gluggable aroma.
