Pale golden yellow and a pronounced nose reminiscent of Malaga ice cream and rum raisins - unmistakably Caribbean! In the mouth with an initial tropical fruit (caramelized pineapple), followed by some falernum spice - allspice and cinnamon. "Very casual!"
