Dieser Gin ist der Sonnenaufgang in der Flasche, da sich die Farbe von nachtblau auf morgenrosa durch die Zugabe von Tonic ändert. Dafür ist die blaue Schmetterlingsblüte verantwortlich, die nach der Destillation hinzugefügt wird. Wacholderbeeren und Lavendel stehen geschmacklich im Vordergrund. Dazu gesellen sich Zitruszesten und Rosenblüten. Achte darauf, dass du den Gin kühl und dunkel lagerst und zeitnahe verbrauchst, da sich die Farbe des Naturproduktes im Laufe der Zeit verändern kann.

The floral notes of lavender are evident on the nose, along with slight hints of rose, cinnamon and clove. Quite broad on the palate with ethereal notes, towards the finish the bitter spice notes take over. Recommend drinking with tonic. ​
