Nomen est omen. Der Wacholder bekommt einen kräftigen Kuss aus viererlei Zitrusfrüchten. Zitrone, Limette, Orange und Grapefruit, um genauer zu sein. Dazu gesellen sich echte Vanille, Zimt, Koriander, Piment und schwarzer Pfeffer. Dieses Produkt ist echte Handarbeit, die Zitruszesten werden von frischen Früchten geschält und das Mesokarb entfernt, um Bitterstoffe zu vermeiden. Die Zutaten erfahren eine Flüssigextraktion, nach der Destillation wird der Alkoholgehalt eingestellt und reift anschließend zwei Monate, um sich selbstständig zu schönen. Der Gin ist aromatisch und zugleich mild im Abgang und kann sogar pur genossen werden.

The citrusy initial note on the nose is accompanied by hints of cinnamon and gingerbread with lemon glaze. In the mouth, the citrus notes come to the fore again before the spice, once again cinnamon notes establish themselves towards the finish.
