Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Elegant nose, with subtle notes of marc, elegant sweet wood, some orange zest and vanilla too. Soft and smooth on the palate with pleasant oak savouriness and nice fruit in the long finish. Very harmonious, lovely Marc from Neuchâtel.
