Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Natural and wonderfully fresh ginger notes on the nose, slightly citrusy and typical. A little rosemary provides herbal nuances. Refreshing and lively on the palate when poured over ice and 1:1 with soda. Ginger, lemongrass, citrus peel and a little rosemary in fine interplay. Vital, fresh finish. Tip: Shake well before use!
