Powerful and fresh on the nose, with slightly citrusy aromas and typical notes of fresh ginger rising from the glass. Surprisingly soft on the palate, noticeable, yet subtle spicy ginger notes, but the tone is set by a pleasant freshness, notes of lemongrass and a subtle sweetness. Balanced and gentle into the finish, which brings plenty of freshness, a light savouriness and warmth.
