Intense aromas of fresh, cooked beetroot, typical vegetable and slightly earthy notes. The full power of the beetroot also comes to the fore on the palate, wonderfully earthy, yet with a subtle fruity sweetness, a soft mouthfeel and good balance. The finish is soft, earthy, subtly sweet and long-lasting.
