Die typische Frucht unserer heimischen Obstgärten. Frische Tafeläpfel werden voll reif eingemaischt, schonend vergoren, doppelt destilliert. Nach einem Jahr Reifezeit im Barriquefass entwickelt sich der Brand goldig in der Farbe, sehr duftig in der Nase und weich am Gaumen, mit einem leichten Vanilleton. Ein Apfelbrand der besonderen Art. Man benötigt ca. 27 kg Apfel für 1 Liter Apfelbrand Reserve.

Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The aroma lives on the fruitiness of the apple, which seems a bit droopy. A subtle smokey note announces the barrel. Spicy on the palate with fruit still predominant, the barrel notes are more pronounced on the finish.
