Die Hauszwetschke ist eine mittelgroße, blaue Pflaume. Sie hat ein weiches grünliches Fruchtfleisch. In voller Reife geerntet hat sie ein unbeschreibliches Aroma. Eignet sich bestens für einen Edelbrand, sehr lebendig und duftend in der Nase, am Gaumen raffinessenreich, mild und weich. Man benötigt ca. 20 kg für 1 Liter Zwetschkenbrand.

The exceedingly clear fruit enters into a symbiosis with the finely drawn stone tones. The palate is superbly compact with a full-bodied texture and a powerful, long finish.
