Strong, spicy oak, deep and opulent rises from the glass. Some dried fruit and herbal freshness resonate. The attack is grippy and spicy on the palate. The oak is vivid, but is well captured by roasted malt notes, caramel and vanilla. The finish is delicately fruity, ripe and long-lasting.
