Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Aromas of cereal rise from the glass, with an intense grapefruit character. There is a pleasant caramel sweetness on the palate, and then light, savoury notes emerge. The body is lean, as is the finish.
