Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Very fruity with aromatics of vineyard peach and fine, sweetish malt. On the palate, an almost oily consistency with a distinct maltiness. A bready savouriness in the long finish.
