Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Elegant, fine nose with notes of vanilla, buttery pastry, raisins and ripe apple. Silky on the palate, again with pronounced vanilla and pastry notes. Lingers long with fruity as well as spicy nuances. Very accessible.
