Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Delicate nose with some exotic yellow fruit, a hint of sweet milk and salted caramel. The multi-faceted mouthfeel is in line with the nose and a fine savouriness comes through more strongly on the finish.
