Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Strong barrel notes with lots of vanilla are vivid in the first impression. With air, peach, apple and other fruit notes rising. On the palate it is initially has some sweetness, towards the finish clear marc savouriness. Fine fruit again on the finish.
