Fresh oak characterises the aroma and brings a lot of vanilla with it. Herbal notes and malt are also evident. The aroma is confirmed on the palate, with fresh, spicy oak, a light honey sweetness, herbal notes, vanilla and some caramel dominating the picture. Straightforward, gently spicy finish.
