Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is strongly reminiscent of Calvados, with a slight smoky note in the background. Dry on the palate with a good use of wood, the fruit remains somewhat in the background. The smoke on the finish has a dry effect.
