Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Slender on the nose with a slight sweetness, nori leaf and dried herbs. Spicy start on the palate, followed in quick succession by sweetness and fruit. The spiciness returns towards the finish.
