Medium yellow-green. Intense aniseed, fennel tea and herbal nuances such as lemon balm on the nose. Very complex and clear. Extremely intense on the palate too, in line with the alcohol content, with aniseed notes present again and tart hints on the finish. Still very intense and clear even with the addition of water. First-class, typical absinthe.
