Delicately savoury and with notes of yellow pepper, light sweetness, wood, nuanced smoke and vanilla. Balanced and savoury in the mouth, dry mouthfeel. A subtle dried fruit flavour is accompanied by gentle smoke, vanilla and biscuits. Medium-long, balanced and savoury finish.
