Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Surprisingly complex nose with dried tropical fruit and some salted caramel in the background. On the palate, full-bodied and spicy with freshly cracked pepper. Lingers long on the finish.
