Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Classic Rye with fine layers of bready savouriness, dried fruit and well-balanced wood. The aromatic complexity transfers to the palate with nice cereal-scented notes rounding out the impression. Deep finish with impressive length.
