Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

A pronounced opening, with nuances of ripe, sugared wild strawberries along with a hint of strawberry jelly - a very intense aroma, with some noble vegetal spice. On the palate it's very fine and elegant, with gentle spice and a delicate and fresh body. Dense but clear, leading to some great length of fruit on the finish.
