Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

On the nose a subtle expression of yellow apples, also some dried apple, and light fresh meadow herbs and hay. THe palate is juicy and fresh and to some extent elegant and precise. Finishes with a tart savouriness, minimally alcoholic.
