Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Fine subtle notes of ripe red currants, delicate green savouriness, gentian root, some sea buckthorn and dried rose petals. Then covers finely the palate, appears very savoury on entry, also slightly peppery, with some red currant notes, juicy, balanced on the finish.
