Soft, fresh nut rises gently and green from the glass, slightly woody, spicy and oily. The flavour is confirmed on the palate. The unroasted, fresh nut is captured full of character. A gentle sweetness rounds off the flavour. Nutty and a greenish-tartness on the finish.
