Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

On the nose floral complexity with clear juniper highlights, vivid roses and cherry blossom. On the palate much spicier with similar complexity. An expressive pepper note on the fine finish.
