Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

The delicate smoky note is joined by dense nuances of Greengage plum, dry exoticism and sweet savouriness. Similarly complex on the palate, brioche, pineapple and cedar wood. Very long finish.
