Sweet impressions on the nose, including brioche, cinnamon and light dried exotic fruit. Multi-layered flavours include smoke, fluffy shortbread and dried apricot. Very nice length.
More about the tastingThe malty nose has hints of various herbs and a subtle note of wood smoke. On the palate, vanilla cream and again an almost leathery peat aroma. Dry on the finish.
More about the tastingA fruity mix of mango, quince and apple is combined with a complex sea breeze and a touch of honeyed sweetness. Initially quite mild on the palate, then a subtle spiciness leads in to a dry, peppery finish.
